Ogliastro Marina description

Ogliastro Marina is a fraction of the town of Castellabate, in the province of Salerno.

Ogliastro Marina is situated on the Tyrrhenian coast, just south of the Gulf of Salerno. The settlement of the village stretches about 3 km along Via Arena, from Punta dell’Ogliastro (where you Licosa area) at the junction of State Road 267.

Dal tourist point of view, Ogliastro Marina is a resort quite receptive tourism, competitive with other local resorts, thanks to its proximity to the park Licosa and its marine reserve. Ambiance set in the context of the National Park of Cilento and Vallo di Diano, has succeeded in recent years to get (along with the rest of the coastal villages municipal) recognition of the “Blue Flag” to the quality of its waters.
