Rome is the most populous and largest in Italy and is the first common European territory size. It’s an Italian city, the capital of the province of Rome, the Lazio region and capital of the Italian Republic.

It is the city with the highest concentration of historic and architectural heritage in the world.

The territory is large, having incorporated areas abandoned for centuries, mostly marshy and unsuitable for agriculture and do not belong to City Hall.

Funafuti is the capital of the tiny nation of Tuvalu and is the most populous city in the country.

There is only one road, six miles long, which runs along the island which hosts the capital. It is the seat of the administrative building and also has a small airport and a hotel. The characteristics of huts made of palm leaves have disappeared completely and now the houses are mostly made from wood and galvanized sheet.

The most important building of Funafuti is the Government Palace, the only building taller than a plan for the city. Another point of interest are the remains of a U.S. military aircraft of World War II, located here since the airport of Tuvalu was used by U.S. forces to defend the islands Gilbert (hours Kiribati).
