Houston description

Houston is a city of the United States, the capital of Harris County in the State of Texas.

It is the fourth largest city of the Union by population and one of the two major economic areas of Texas.

The city is located in Harris County, the third most populous county in the U.S.A.

A portion of the south-west of Houston extends into Fort Bend County and a small portion of the area south-east extends into Montgomery County.

Houston is one of the most recent and fastest growing in the United States.

Approximately 5,000,000 people live in the metropolitan area of Houston, which is the eighth largest in the United States.
